1. Cinnamon Burger Patties

So basically I tried something new today…

I tried to make burger patties with cinnamon flavor in it…

    It turns out pretty well…

So for you guys who want to try it, this is the recipe…

    *minced beef - 350gr (I get around 2 1/2 patties from here)

*ground cinnamon - to taste (I used it around 1 tsp roughly, maybe more)

*ground all spice - to taste (Also around 1 tsp roughly)

    *black pepper - to taste

    *salt - to taste

*sugar - to taste, but not too much

    *garlic - 3 cloves

    *onion - 1/2 bulb

    *olive oil

    *balsamic vinegar

    * mayonnaise (I bought Japanese mayonnaise, called KewPie, its not necessary to use this brand, its just my favorite)

    *blue cheese

    *cherry tomatoes

    *salad mix

So here’s how do you make it:

-First preheat your oven to 160 C

-Then get some aluminium foil, and make a bowl shape from it, put in your chopped garlic in it, it doesn’t have to be very fine, but the finer it is the better taste it will produce; then drizzle your garlic with olive oil, just enough oil to wet them all, you don’t want to swim them in oil… Seal your aluminium foil, so now you have this small aluminium foil dumpling filled with chopped garlic and olive oil… Put it in oven, for roughly 20-25 mins

-Now mix your minced beef mixture with, ground cinnamon, ground all spice, sugar, salt, pepper, olive oil just so you moisture them; then fry or grill a very small batch just to try the taste, well keep adding the ingredients until it suits you… Then wrap it up and put it in the fridge until your garlic is ready…

-Check on your garlic… Does it have brown color on it? If yes, then it’s done, mix it with your mayonnaise, for spreads on the bread (that rhymes hahaha)… Taste it… Well congratulation, now that is no longer mayonnaise, its called aioli sauce…

-Slice up some blue cheese just so you are ready to melt it up on your patties…

-Wash your salad mix, cherry tomatoes, then dry them…

-You can shape your patties now, you can just make round shaped like the usual one, or you can use your creativity like square patties or heart shaped patties…

-Cook your patties, don’t flip them too soon, because you want to melt the cheese on the other side… Like get some color on the 1st side, then flip it up, wait for a bit, put the cheese on top of it, wait to melt, then voila its done…

-Get some of your salad mix for the burger’s salad, and you can mix the rest with balsamic vinegar and olive oil, mix them well… It is prior to mix your salad with the dressing before you eat them, or they will wilt…

-Spread some of your aioli sauce to your taste on your bread, put on your patties, the plain salad leaves, then put the top on…

-Tadaaa now you have a burger and a salad…

*note: you can add some mushrooms or tomato slice on your burger, or even bacon…

Sorry I don’t have pic for this food, I forgot to take one… ):
